June Vacation

Save the Date Originals will be on vacation for the last 2 weeks of June, 2019.  Up until then, will be working along.

* If you already placed an order, it is being made and shipped.

* You can still request a design proof.  If you submit your request before the vacation, we can get started on a design via email, as usual.  Designs are kept on file for a while; You could place an order right after the vacation ends, or, you can wait a while.

* If you request a design proof during the vacation, The designer will get in touch with you and get started on the design right away on July 1st.

Moving!

Announcement:  Save the Date Originals is moving in December!  STDO will be shut down for a little while during the move and will most assuredly be back by January 2016.

As of November 12th, STDO will stop accepting orders for production from new customers.  If you were already in contact and have a design worked out, contact Angela to see if your project can fit into the production schedule.

Save the Date Originals is still running and available for questions during the remainder of November.  Orders already placed will of course be made and sent on out.

Save the Date Video

You know what would be fun? A short & sweet save the date video.

If you have a lot of friends and family online, this is a new unique way to say "save the date".

Couples can get their personalized version of this video for $15. Personalization includes a switch from red to another color, two photographs, and the names/date/etc.

Customers get get the video file emailed to them, or have me post it on youtube for them.

Graduation Time!

When you think of graduating students, you probably always envision spring. But there are a number of college students that graduate at the end of the fall semester.

This post is to show off a graduation announcement that is a step above your typical card. This is a 5x3.5 inch black gatefold with a shimmering champagne printed card, complete with a matching champagne seal. The printed design is simple, with the graduating year inside a graduation hat.

Newspaper announcement save the date magnets

This idea came from a customer asking me to scan in her engagement announcement from the local newspaper, and print it on a magnet.

It turned out to look a lot better if I re-typed the wording and had her email me the photograph she wanted to use.

Why not turn that newspaper idea into a save the date magnet?
